It’s hard to believe that the first quarter of this new financial year is almost over! The SWPA team have enjoyed getting stuck in and working with you to help achieve your targets and goals for this year.

SWPA have partnered with Wiltshire Council and Magna Housing to bring this supplier days to all interested parties, primarily we are focusing on our upcoming procurement of the Modern Methods of Construction New Homes (NH3) framework which will have a principal contractor workstream.

Nationwide kitchen manufacturers and suppliers can from today apply to be part of a new four-year framework estimated at £20m for public sector projects.

The Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure (PB3) framework is available for use by all public sector organisations for the construction of new buildings, extensions and refurbishment of public buildings and infrastructure works.
