Cheltenham Borough Council, the South West Procurement Alliance’s Client, acquired the support of SWPA’s Regional Procurement Manager, Heather Rowland, to aid them throughout the Call Off process.

WMS partnered with LiveWest, utilising the South West Procurement Alliance’s (SWPA) framework and procurement services, to deliver improvements and refurbishments to over 300 homes on the Aspire Treneere Estate, in Penzance.

The South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) previously worked with South West Community Matters, to award grants, through the Community Benefit Fund, to local groups and small charities based in the South West of England. The Silver Salisbury Group was a beneficiary of this Community Benefit Fund.

This Community Benefit Fund previously enabled SWPA to award local community groups and small charities, with grants to support further impressive initiatives and aid these groups in continuing the great work they achieve in their local, South West communities.

SWPA previously established a Community Benefit Fund, along with our previous delivery partner South West Community Matters. Together we focused the fund on small community groups and charities, to enable us to have the most direct and positive impact.

Agile Property and Homes, in partnership with Wiltshire Council, has submitted a planning application for seven affordable homes at a former brownfield garage site at Ramsbridge Crescent in Salisbury.

Homes in Sedgemoor, on behalf of Somerset Council are in partnership with regional contractor Classic Builders, on a project to complete 33 low-environmental impact apartments.
