SWPA have recently become members of the UK Green Building Council
SWPA have recently become members of the UK Green Building Council! The team is ready to expand our knowledge about retrofit programmes to reach zero carbon targets and net zero new builds.
UKGBC have a range of great resources able to inform decisions on these topic areas as well as social value and much more!
SWPA will be using the resources and support available to benefit our public sector members and appointed companies to achieve the best outcomes through our Energy Efficiency (N8) and Energy Efficiency Consultancy (N8C) frameworks.
SWPA Director, Mary Bennell, said ‘We see this as an opportunity not just for ourselves to learn but also to support the public sector goals and the appointed companies on our frameworks. Many local authority’s in the South West want to reach their net zero carbon targets by 2030 and we see this membership as a step towards helping that happen.’
As the relationship between SWPA and UKGBC grows we hope to be able to offer our clients and appointed companies much more, so watch this space!
