Bristol Housing Festival 2020
SWPA are proud to be a headline sponsor for the #VirtualExpo2020 with Bristol Housing Festival. We’re excited to be involved in a range of virtual activities this year; we have our own exhibition room, blog on ‘The Key to Delivering Offsite and MMC Homes Successfully’, and Mary will be participating in a panel discussion.
The panel discussion ‘In conversation with the team for the ZedPods project, Hope Rise’ will see the key stakeholders discuss the lessons learned from the project. SWPA provided the procurement route for Bristol City Council and Bristol Housing Festival to access ZedPods to create Hope Rise. The project will deliver much-needed council housing in St George for young people and is designed to encourage tenant interaction and neighbourliness. The first of its kind in the UK, this innovative development is rethinking land use in Bristol and will deliver beautiful, low carbon housing.
