The South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) are hosting their annual Asset Safety & Compliance and AGM Conference on Tuesday, 24th June 2025 between 9.30am and 3pm. The event is being held at The Forge, in Winslade Manor near Exeter.

The SWPA team are looking forward to bringing the best in the industry together, including SWPA's Clients, Appointed Companies and Industry Specialists to discuss and present on the most important aspects of Asset Safety and Compliance. This includes an emphasis on issues pertaining to Damp and Mould, along with compliance to Awaab's Law.

Speakers have been invited to take the stage to discuss Asset Safety and Compliance, Damp and Mould in Social Housing, along with highlighting SWPA's Asset Safety and Compliance, Fire Safety, Refurbishment and Modernisation, and Consultancy Services frameworks.

Presentations will include the new changes brought in through the Procurement Act 2023, SWPA's dedication to Social Value and their new achievement of achieving the Constructing Excellence Gold Standard, along with hopefully hosting a free CPD session on Damp and Mould.

The day will include refreshments, lunch, networking and free parking, along with discussions and presentations. Full agenda and speaker information coming soon.

A few helpful tips for the day:

• Please contact us in regards to any special or dietary requirements you may have, so we can ensure you are catered for and comfortable on the day.
• There is free parking on site.
• Although we do not have the space to allocate for specific stands and tables, everyone is more than welcome to bring roll-up banners and literature, please do let us know if you're bringing these and what you're bringing, so we can make sure we have allocated you a space.
• We are looking forward to what we hope will be another one of SWPA's successful and interesting conferences! Attendance is predicted to be high, so we ask that no more than two people from each organisation attend.
• We will have professional photography throughout the day, so please let us know before the event if you do not want to be included, as we will be sharing these after the event with the attendees and for promotion purposes.
