This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) was created in partnership with Constructing Modern Methods and Bristol Housing Festival enabling all publicly owned bodies in the South West to access suppliers and contractors capable of providing low carbon solutions. The DPS covers residential dwellings, including any associated community buildings and facilities incorporating all categories of MMC.

The DPS works in conjunction with an innovative, pioneering tool to provide clients with a way of navigating and accessing a large range of potential suppliers and systems with the assurance that quality and the ability to meet the client's requirements have been robustly tested and ascertained.

One of the key benefits is that clients will have access to a broader supply base than under a traditional framework and can nominate a specific supplier or contractor themselves for accreditation and the potential inclusion of the DPS before a call-off.

The DPS has four lots:

1. Micro 1-2 units
2. Small 3-15 units
3. Medium 16-49 units
4. Large & Accommodation 50+ units

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is live and will continue accepting applications until 26th September 2031.
