Smart Energy Homes joins SWPA's Retrofit & Decarbonisation Framework

Smart Energy Homes & Smart Energy Business, along with the South West team, are thrilled to announce that they are now officially an Approved Contractor on the South West Procurement Alliance’s (SWPA) Retrofit & Decarbonisation (N9) Framework.

This exciting development marks a significant milestone in their journey, reinforcing their commitment to creating sustainable, energy efficient homes and businesses across the UK. Smart Energy homes has an office in Cornwall which supports in leveraging regional presence and capabilities, including the employment of local people and local upskilling.

 

Why is being on the SWPA Framework so important?

As an approved contractor on the newly launched SWPA framework, they are now pre-approved to support local authorities and social housing providers with their retrofit and decarbonisation projects. This enables them to be part of the solution to some of the most pressing challenges facing our communities today - reducing carbon emissions, improving energy efficiency, and helping to meet net zero goals.
