Once SWPA Appointed Companies have been approved for inclusion on a framework or DPS, the process of calling-off projects and commissioning work is straightforward and flexible. Terms and rates have been pre-agreed, and when competition is required, there is flexibility in the call off methods available. Upon successful confirmation, projects can start as soon as required.
Working with our frameworks gives suppliers access to construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects of £350m each financial year. SWPA is recognised by its clients for delivering Value for Money through all its frameworks with pre-agreed rates. SWPA members delivering projects through our frameworks, can get grants from our Community Benefit Fund. This fund provides grants to local community groups, enhancing the social value through the procurement.

Sustainability is a key factor here, to support this SWPA are invested in analysing and reducing our carbon footprint and will be seeking to improve our own processes.
