1,000 Homes for the Future Will Benefit South West Residents 

Magna Housing and Wiltshire Council have joined forces to address the housing crisis, appointing offsite manufacturing company Rollalong via the South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Offsite Construction of New Homes framework, to build nearly 1,000 new homes over the next three years.

New Opportunities with SWPA and LHC! 

There are currently lots of new opportunities with SWPA and our central hub, LHC! We have frameworks in the pre-tender stage for Consultancy Services (CS1), and Modern Methods of Construction for New Homes (NH3) which has a wider scope than the previous framework including principal contractors! 

We attended a meet the buyer event with Wilshire Council, and Magna Housing to promote the new Modern Methods of Construction for New Homes (NH3) and to encourage principal contractors and groundworkers to apply!
